FOTD - Rainbow Sunset

Hey Everyone,

So today i wore a really simple rainbow eye using a mix of colours from Fyrinnae, Evil Shades and The She Space.

FACE:
- Face of Australia Primer
- Savvy Concealer, Green
- Revlon Colorstay Foundation, 320 True Beige
- Evil Shades Shadow, Panic, applied to the cheeks

EYES:
- Fyinnae Pixie Epoxy as a ase
- Lime Crime Shadow, Empress, applied on the lid. (this is a repackaged shadow from TKB Trading, Grape Pop)
- TSS Shadow, Beauty Babe, applied in the crease and blended lightly into the purple.
- Evil Shades Shadow, Panic, applied lightly on the edes of Beauty Babe to help blend it out.
- NYX Jumbo Pencil, Yellow, applied in the inner corner, lower lashline, outter corner and blended with your finger.
- Fyrinnae Shadows, Griffindor and Half-Elf Hottie, applied in the inner and outter corners.
- Fyrinnae Shadow, Curiouser and Curiouser, applied on the lower lashline.
- Black Liquid Liner applied to the lower and upper lashlines.
- Black Kohl Pencil to tightline
- Black Mascara

FOTN - Stary Sky

Hey all!
This look is just a really simple smokey eye with purple glitter and a dark red lip. Hope you like it.

FACE:
- Face Of Australia Primer
- Revlon Colorstay Foundation, True Beige
- Savvy Translucent Powder
- Avon Mineral Blush, Blusher, as a contour
- Napoleon Eyeshadow, Red, brushed *lightly* on the apples of the cheek

EYES:
- Coastal Scents Gel Liner, True black, applied on the lid and blended out into the crease and lower lashline.
- Australis Night Fever palette, Black Shade, dabes all ver the lid and blended into the crease amd lower lashline.
- Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy dabbed over the black on the lid
- Bourjois shadow, Prune Intense, applied over the pixie epoxy (in terms of colour payoff this shadow sucks! but when applied on the epoxy all the gorgeous purple glitter gets picked up and looks awesome XD)
-White shade from the Night Fever palette applied in the inner corner and as a highlight
- Black Liner on the waterline
- Black Mascara

LIPS:
- NYX liner Dark Brown and Plush Red, to line the lips (Dark brown focused on the outter corners and blended into the red)
- Boots No 7 lippie, Cranberry, applied over the liner.

FOTD - My Recreation of Xsparkages Fierce Friday

Hey everyone!
This look is one that xsparkage did on friday the 30th May. She used Makeup Forever colours and products, this is my recreation using similar colours from Fyrinnae, Hi-Fi Cosmetics and Kryolan.

FACE:
- Revlon Colorstay Foundation, Combination/Oily formula, No. 320 True Beige
- Australis Blusher, Peach
- Savvy Trnaslucent Powder

EYES:
- Kryolan Day Glow Palette, Neon Orange, applied wet on lid and blended high into crease
- Fyrinnae colourant, Cat Fight, all over the kryolan
- Hi-Fi shadow, Mind Manipulation, placed on the lid over Cat Fight
- Hi-Fi shadow, Living Fire, placed in the crease area and blended well into the orange
- Lime Crime shadow, Empress*, placed in the other corner of the crease and blended inwards
* The Lime Crime can be replaced with Fyrinnaes Lemming or Mineralistas Grape
- MAC, Blank Type, as highlighter uder brow bone
- Baby Blue liner on lower lashline
- GBE shadow, Dirty Jeans, placed over liner on bottom lashline
- Black liquid liner on upper lashline
- Black liner on waterline
- Black Mascara

LIPS:
- Nutrimetics Lipstick, Electric
- Clear Lipgloss on top

FOTD - Raspberry Pop

Hey everyone,
Today i have a really simple blue and red look. Hope you like it!

FACE:
- Fyrinnae Powder Primer
- Fyrinnae Mineral Foundation, Jade: Matte

EYES:
- Coastal Scents Gel Liner, Turquoise, all over lid and crease as a base
- Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy lightly dabbed over the lid
- Fyrinnae shadow, Curiouser & Curiouser! on the lid
- TSS shadow, Smurfberry Blast, placed in the edge of the lid and lightly blended into the crease
- Napoleon shadow, No.70 Red, placed in the crease above smurberry. Blended slightly to create a purple toward the inner half of the crease but kept as red as possible in the outter half of the crease

- Curiouser applied wet to the lower lashine
- Navy Blue liquid liner on the upper lashline
- Black volumising mascara to finish off

GRRRR as you can see me camera SUCKS at picking up reds and purples...but i think you get the general gist of the look

FOTD - Drosophila

Hey Everyone!

Im back (finally!) I havent worn propper makeup for about a month so please excuse the lack of usual brights, im just slowly trying to get back into the habit XD

Ok here wo go....

FACE:

- Face Of Australia tinted moisturiser, Medium Tint

- Savvy Pressed Powder, Dark

EYES:

- Chi Chi cream eyeshadow

- MAC pressed shadow, Blanc Type, all over lid and under brow bone as highlight

- Evil Shades shadow, Zombie, in outer V and crease, blended into highlight

- Bourjois pressed shadow, Blanc Diaphane, patted lightly onto lid and edges of Zombie and Blanc Type

- Black liquid liner on upper lashline

- NYX Medium Brown pencil on lower lashline, smudged slightly with Zombie lightly dusted on top

- Black Mascara

LIPS:

- NYX lip pencil, Soft Brown used to line and fill in lips

- Savvy lipstick, Dusty Rose, dabbed over liner and then blotted

- Boots No 7 liggloss, Marshmallow, applied on top

            (sorry about the crappy photos, im still getting used to the new lighting in my new apartment =/ The brown colour is actually a deep red....*fails* )

FOTD - Red-Back Spider Inspired

Hey guys,

Finally an on time FOTD! Todays look was inspired by a red back spider that i found in my back yard, so yeah hope you like XD

FACE:

- Australis Primer

-  Maybelline Liquid Mousse Foundation, Medium 2.5

- Rimmel Stay Matte Powder Foundation, 002

- Ebay Contour & Highlighting Palette (same the one sold at Coastal Scents) for blusher and contour

LIPS:

- Red Lipstick with Evil Shades Lip Gloss, Venom on top

EYES:

- First off i stuck a bit of tape, running diagonally from the corner of my eye to the edge of my brow to help get the sharp edges i had in mind for this look

- Mehron Topical Palette, Red, applied wet onto the lid and into the crease in a cat-eye shape using a small taklon brush

- Napoleon shadow, No. 70 (basic red), applied all over the Mehron

- Fyrinnae shadow, Avenging Salem, applied into the outer V with a small rounded crease brush and then dragged toward the inner corner using windshield wiper motions

- Black liquid liner applied to the upper lashline and smudged slightly using a very small brush

- Black Gel Liner applied to lower lashline and waterline and black mascara used on top and bottom lashes

- Finally remove sticky-tape.

Time for a change...

Hey guys

This morning i decided to change my hair colour (again!) its now red.

As much as i love the purple and pink its just too much effort to maintain and as we are heading into summer (and end of year exams) I'm not going to have the time to keep dying it every 2 weeks. Red at least will eventually fade down to hot pink if i leave it for a while.

Before i started this morning i decided to take some before and after shots so you can see the change...

BEFORE:

I dyed the red directly over the purple and pink using Schwarzkopf no. 43 Red Passion with a little bit of Fudge Paintbox "Raspberry Beret" mixed in with the red.

After washing a towel drying my hair i always put in a leave in moisturiser, my favourite one ever has got to be De Lorenzo Rejuven8 The Ends - smells absolutely amazing (blackberries and bilberries apparently) and reduces the fuzziness of my dry hair after dying.

FOTD - Superman

Hey Guys!
Todays look is a direct dupe of xsparkages Superman look ^_^

Its basically Blue, Red and Yellow - the colours of Superman of course.

FACE:
- The Face Shop Makeup Base, Green
- Revlon Colorstay Foundation
- Savvy Pressed Powder in Dark
- Savvy Pressed bronzing powder on cheekbones

LIPS:
- Suger Baby Pink Ink lip stain

EYES:
- The Face Shop Makeup Base, Green
- Mehron Tropical Palette, Blue, all over lid, avoiding inner corner, and lightly blended into crease with finger
- Mineralista Pigment, Blue Raspberry, on top of the Mehron
- Napoleon colourdisc, Red, applied to the crease, going higher than the blue.
- Australis matte skin tone, applied with a fluffy brush, as a brow highlight and to soften out the edges of the red and bring it back down in areas where it went too high
- NYX eyepencil, Gold, inner corner then blending out with finger
- Lime Crime pigment, Circus Girl, placed ontop of the NYX pencil
- Savvy eyeshadow, Dark Purple, lighly added to crease and outter corner to blend the red and blue together for smoothly
- Face Of Australia liquid linner on upper lashline
- Coastal Scents Gel Linner, True Black, on lower lashline and waterline
- Volume boosting mascara to finish off

FOTD - Vampy Sunset

First of all thanks to my friend Molly for the inspiration behind the name for this look - its not perfect but yeah, who really cares anyway =P

Basicly this is a mattelook with a white base/lid and a red and black crease.

- Models Prefer Blush, Dark Berry colour (sorry i dont know the name of it - its just in a random palette that i have)
- Physicians Formula Pressed Translucent Powder

LIPS:
- Fyrinnea Lip Lustre, Type A

EYES
- The Face Shop Makeup Base all over lid
- Kryolan Aquacolor in White applied on the lid and bended into crease with finger
- Covergirl eyeshadow, White, over Kryolan
- Napoleon Colourdisc, Red, in crease
- Fyrinnae pigment, Snow White, applied in area where the Red and White meet using a small brush. Blend together using clean fluffy brush
- Australis matte snin tone eyeshadow applied as highlight and used to blend out harsh edges of the Red
- Coastal Scents Gel Liner, True Black, on top and bottom lashline
- Black Mascara to finish off
